About the Event
In our busy daily lives, it is common for us to take our physical health for granted. As human life span increases, it has become more important to ensure our body remains healthy so we can enjoy our longevity.
This session will share insights on how our body functions as well as the latest research on what affects our health so we know how to improve our physical well being.
About the speaker:
Mr Tan Juay Seng Ph.D., is a lecturer and has taught university courses on biomechanics and the musculoskeletal system. He is also an avid endurance athlete and has competed in numerous ultra marathon races since 2013.
On-site activities from 11am to 6pm (Light refreshment provided)
